I had to get some minor repairs done fairly quickly as a result of a survey done for buyers of my house.  Richard, the company owner, answered my phone call promptly, rang me back thirty minutes later as promised and came to see me the next day.  He was able to get his team on the job within the week (he could have come the following day but we were away) having given me a quote on the spot.  The team turned up the following week, did a fantastic job, were neat, tidy, professional and polite and cleared up after themselves.  Richard came out to check on the work whilst it was in progress and we inspected it together before I settled the bill.  A first class service and I would strongly recommend. We called these guys in an emergency to fix our roof during a storm. Richard was over very quickly, very reassuring and helpful. Whilst they were here, they realised we had a couple of other issues and gave us a free quote there and then. 3 months later, we had them back to sort out the other bits.
